Cancellation Policy

We value your presence, and we respect you and your time. Our main goal is serve you and help you to feel better, healthy and happy. Because of the high volume and demand of our therapies, we must look out for the best interest of our therapists and for those who need us most, our client’s.

We only take care clients by appointment. Our 24 hour cancellation policy helps us meet every client’s needs. When you do not let us know that you will not be able to make it within this time frame, it takes away from those who truly need these beneficial treatments.

Our cancellation policy states that if you do not coincide with these rules and grant us twenty-four hours of notice, you will be charged 50% of the total amount of the therapy. By signing our consent and release form, or just give you credit card number to hold your appointment,  you give to Colonics4you the right to charge your credit card in the event that you do not meet these guidelines.

As well, appointments are scheduled on the hour and when you do not arrive on time it causes other client’s to run off schedule. The treatment’s generally last 45 minutes to an hour; therefore, any client who does not arrive within 5-10 minutes of their scheduled time will either be penalized for that time or we may be forced to reschedule the appointment depending on the time frame.24 Cancellation Policy
