HOW PREPARE FOR YOU COLONIC SESSION
Before your Colonic/ Preparation for the therapy:
PLEASE ARRIVE 10/15 MINUTES BEFORE your appointment time to sign the authorization of the therapy and medical information.
Suggestions:
* At least 32/48 ounces of electrolytes like Gatorade, Coconut Water, Vitamin Water, Hi-Lyte, EmergenC with electolytes are MANDATORY
during the 24 hours prior to your Colonic.
* The day of your Colonic eat a light breakfast and/or lunch depending on your appointment time.
* Drink plenty of water during the 24 hours prior you therapy.
* Avoid coffee, sodas and alcohol.
* No food two hours prior to your Colonic.
* If you have your period and use to be very heavy and painful (cramps) we suggest to refrain to have a Colonic, is better to wait until is gone. sometimes can make you have cramps or bleed more, but if you periods are light and painless its ok to have a Colonic.
After your session:
* After the session drink plenty of liquids, ionized, filtered or spring water, vegetables juices, herbs tea, coconut water.
* fortify your Intestinal Flora this may be done with probiotics beverages (keffir, cambucha, fermented food) or supplements.
* Avoid alcohol for 2 days.
* Avoid intense exercise immediately following the Colonic. Rest. You have just cleansed.. Allow your body to heal.

Colon hydrotherapy is a safe an gentle therapy, unfortunately according to the Health Department and the profession practice, the following list are health conditions contraindicated to received colon hydrotherapy-colonics.
severe cardiac disease - pace maker- uncontrolled high blood pressure- aneurysm all types - severe anemia - GI hemorrhage/ perforations- severe or bleeding hemorrhoids- liver cirrhosis - colon carcinoma or cancer - rectal fissures/ fistulas- pregnancy- abdominal hernia- recent colon rectal and abdominal surgeries ( at least 4 moths) - renal insufficiency , cancer, hernia mesh and surgeries,, abdominal pain with out medical diagnosis, dialysis, diverticula, diverticulosis, diverticulitis, acute liver failure, hemorrhaging, intestinal perforations, lupus, Crohn’s disease, colitis, ulcerative colitis, jaundice, hepatitis, epilepsy, seizures, if you are taking in a long term medications like: anticoagulants, water pills, steroid medicines like prednisone and any pain medications like Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Naproxen and Codeine.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your presence, and we respect you and your time. Our main goal is serve you and help you to feel better, healthy and happy. Because of the high volume and demand of our therapies, we must look out for the best interest of our therapists and for those who need us most, our client’s.
We only take care clients by appointment. Our 24 hour cancellation policy helps us meet every client’s needs. When you do not let us know that you will not be able to make it within this time frame, it takes away from those who truly need these beneficial treatments.
Our cancellation policy states that if you do not coincide with these rules and grant us twenty-four hours of notice, you will be charged 50% of the total amount of the therapy. By signing our consent and release form, or just give you credit card number to hold your appointment, you give to Colonics4you the right to charge your credit card in the event that you do not meet these guidelines.
As well, appointments are scheduled on the hour and when you do not arrive on time it causes other client’s to run off schedule. The treatment’s generally last 45 minutes to an hour; therefore, any client who does not arrive within 5-10 minutes of their scheduled time will either be penalized for that time or we may be forced to reschedule the appointment depending on the time frame.24 Cancellation Policy
